Order Fulfillment and Delivery

When an order is made, it may take 1-3 days for the order to be fulfilled. It may take another 4-7 days, or longer depending on your location, to reach you by mail. If you have not received your package within 2 weeks after the order has been shipped, email us at pkomlanvi@aol.com and we will get back to you within 24-72 hours to update you on the status of your package.
